1. Go to https://library.usu.edu/ and click on the Articles and Databases link under "Find."
2. To quickly find CINAHL Complete, search for it in the search box or click "C."
3. Click on the "CINAHL Complete" link.
4. This will bring you to the advanced search for the CINAHL Complete database.
5. Common keywords may populate from a dropdown menu once you begin to type. This can be helpful but make sure they are what you're looking for.
6. When you're done entering in your keywords, click "Search."
7. Scroll through the results page until you find a resource you're interested in viewing.
8. Here is where you can also access the full resource. Clicking "Access Now (PDF)" or "Download" will take you to the full-text of the resource.

10. You can use filters to narrow your results further. To do so, click "All filters (0)."
11. Choose which filters work for your scope of research and then click "Apply."
