I just saw a tweet about a Navajo community in southeastern Utah that doesn’t have running water or electricity for its residents, even though there is a larger town only ¼ mile away that has had plumbing and electricity for nearly a century. I’m really shocked that this is happening and something needs to be done now, so I'm writing a letter to my state representative. Is this a good article to use to persuade the Utah Legislature to fund this town’s request?
