Transfer Process

Records which are identified as archival, and have met their retention period, should be transferred to the University Archives. When transferring records directly to the University Archives, please contact the University Archivist beforehand. The Archives requires submission of a records transfer form before the University Archivist takes physical and/or digital custody of records or at time of donation.

If you’re a current USU faculty member, staff, or student with questions about records transfer, digital or physical preservation, or if you’re a community member interested in donating materials related to Utah State University, please contact the University Archivist, Kelly Rovegno at kelly.rovegno@usu.edu
