Eating the Past: Radio Show

In conjunction with Utah Public Radio, the Eating the Past team now presents a weekly radio show (Eating the Past: A Tiny Morsel) every Sunday at noon, just before The Splendid Table. Hosts Tammy Proctor, Jamie Sanders, and Jeannie Sur explore food and beverages in history along with our relationship to food today through interviews and personal essays. All episodes are listed on the UPR website.
