Map Resources

Maps are an essential tool in understanding the history of various environments. Print maps are available in the map collections at the Merrill-Cazier Library Special Collections & Archives in both the Reading Room and the Government Information area. Search for specific maps or browse our inventories below. 

Maps Accessed from the Special Collections & Archives Reading Room

Special Collections & Archives maps are only available during Reading Room hours. 

Maps Accessed in the Government Information Area

Government Information maps are accessible during all library hours. Government Information staff assistance is available Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Not sure what map you need? Find the map name and date at USGS TopoView or browse by state or region in the below inventory.
