Review or download the tutorial below for steps on how to search in Scopus.

1. Go to https://library.usu.edu/and click on "Articles & Databases" under Find.

2. To quickly find Scopus, search for it in the search box or click "S."

3. Click on the "Scopus" link.

Do not type in your entire research question, break it down into keywords and enter them into the search bars.

4. Common keywords may populate from a dropdown menu once you begin to type. This can be helpful but make sure they are what you're looking for.

5. When you're done entering in your keywords, click "Search."

6. Scroll through the results page until you find a resource you're interested in viewing. Use filters on the left to help narrow down your results.

Clicking on a resource will take you to it's detail page. Here you can see information like title, abstract, publisher, authors, and various other important information.

7. Clicking "Full text options" will show you how to access the actual article.
