Things to Consider:

1. Choosing a Topic and Audience

   • Who is your target audience? (students, professionals, general public, etc.)
   • Research existing podcasts with similar topics

2. Structuring your Podcast

   • Podcast Formats:
     • Solo
     • Interview-style
     • Panel discussion
     • Scripted storytelling
   • Episode length
   • Will this be a series or standalone?

3. Scripting and Outline

   • Full script vs. bullet points
   • Will you have guests? What questions will you ask them?
   • What do you want your listeners to feel or learn?

4. Preparing for Recording

   • Check recording equipment: microphone, headphones, recording software
   • Test recording
   • Quite environment/ podcast booth door is closed fully
