ANTH: Research in Anthropology & Archaeology: Citation

[ANTH]

Chicago Style

The American Anthropological Association uses Chicago as its citation style. Check with your professor about which citation style to use in your assignment.

Tip:

What's a DOI?

Many citation styles now require that a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) be included in your citation, if available. To see if a journal article has been assigned a DOI, you can look it up on CrossRef or Ask a Librarian.

Turabian Style

The Turabian style is a condensed version of the Chicago Manual of Style. The two styles are similar, but not necessarily identical.
