E-Learning Resources: Instructional Videos

This guide shares some information about the variety of USU Libraries' e-learning resources.

Instructional Videos

Instructional videos are highly effective educational tools used for a wide variety of concepts and demonstrations. Videos are a great way to engage a large number of students while providing specific and valuable information. They are an online library resource available 24/7 to support students in discovering discipline-related resources and learning research skills and concepts.

Some covered topics include:

  • Citing sources and citation managers
  • Searching in specific databases (ProQuest Central, PsycINFO, JSTOR, etc)
  • Conducting literature reviews
  • Choosing keywords or topics

We can embed these materials in your Canvas course, in a Research Guide, or just send them to your students to review.

Please visit the library's YouTube page to discover our instructional videos.

Librarians can also create customized instructional videos for instructors to utilize in the classroom or online.
