All computers in on-campus computer labs include Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition for students to use to edit video, animations, and audio. If you'd like to edit audio or video on your personal device, the links below are for free or open source software.

Audio & Video Recording Studio

The One Button Recording Studio located in Merrill-Cazier Library is an easy-to-use studio for creating high-quality video presentations with a single push of a button. It's great for recording narration for your documentary.

To Reserve the One-Button Recording Studio

  1. Go to https://usu.libcal.com/.
  2. Select Innovative Technology Rooms from the list of Reservation Areas.
  3. Select your starting time from the available green time blocks for Room 108 – (One Button).
  4. Use the drop down menu to select an ending time.
  5. Click Select Times and Continue.
  6. Verify the booking details and click Agree to the Terms and Conditions and Continue.
  7. Type in a name for your reservation to make it easier in case you need to look it up after you finish the booking.
  8. Click the Submit my Booking at the bottom of the screen to complete your reservation. 
  9. You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you entered.

When you arrive for your reservation time, check-in at the Circulation Desk to be let into the room.
