Adjusting Speaker Volume & Troubleshooting Audio Issues

Audio in this room can be tricky. Follow the steps below for adjusting the speaker volume and troubleshooting tips.

Adjusting Speaker Volume:

There is a volume bar at the bottom of the Crestron touch screen.

To turn it up, press the plus sign button. To turn it down, press the minus sign button.

To mute and unmute it, press the speaker icon.

Audio Trouble Shooting:

Please note: If you have it below 60-70%, it is very difficult to hear.

If you are experiencing any audio issues, first try turning the volume up.

If this doesn't work:

Go into your device's audio settings and change it to what you want while using your device in this room.
For example, make sure Crestron is the output, and make the microphone Digital as the input.

If using a personal laptop:

Double check your settings once you have the HDMI cord plugged into your laptop.

This video covers how to adjust the volume of the room's speakers using the Crestron touch screen. It also covers some basic audio troubleshooting.
