Using Room 154 in Merrill-Cazier Library: Presentation Screens

Once logged in, the next step would be to turn the presentation screens on. There are three. 

The main display is located at the front of the room.

Another small display screen is found to the left of the main display.

The last small display screen is located at the back of the room behind all the seating.

To turn them on:

1. Go to the Crestron touch screen at the desk and press the blue power button (bottom left).
   • This will turn on the main display.
2. If small displays needed, turn them on by pressing the red power button (bottom left next to main display power).
   • May not have to do this depending on which mode you're in.
     • Face to Face mode uses the small display at the back of the room.
     • Teach Connect mode uses both small displays.

Please note: Sometimes you'll have to press these a few times to get your desired results.
