Some basic tips to troubleshooting electronic resources.

Basic Troubleshooting

The one thing you can always rely on with technology is that it will occasionally stop working. There are many reasons a resource may not work properly, but many issues are solved by the same few solutions:

  • Making sure the patron is a current USU student, staff, or faculty member.
  • Making sure you are accessing content through the library.
  • Clearing your browser cache and cookies. 
  • Try a different browser.
