Some basic tips to troubleshooting electronic resources.

Different Browser

Sometimes there is an issue with how the web browser and the website are working together. When this happens the quickest solution is to try a different web browser and see if the issue is still present. It is still helpful to alert the electronic resources librarian when there is a browser issue, but in the mean time you can access the resource through another browser. 

There are many browsers to choose from. Some of the most commonly used include:

  • ​Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Edge
  • Safari

If one isn't working, it might work on another.
